Our quality system meets MIL-I-45208A and our gauging system meets MIL-STD-45662.  A Quality Control Manual is available upon request.

Tape-Matics  does turnkey operations including heat treating and processing done to our Customers or Military Specifications Whenever applicable work cells are used to increase productivity and quality, which in turn decreases cost to our customer. We have machined and assembled in access of 1,000,000 assemblies for the U.S. Postal Service equipment.  This required machining of multiple types of parts, plating (installed our own in house plating system), assembly of bearings, springs, rivets, keepers, weldments, packaging, bar coding and shipping to customer specifications.
 
We designed and built a four station deep hole drilling machine and a robotic type welder, which allows us to better serve the axle industry’s requirements.
