Tape-Matics is a privately
owned manufacturing company. Over the past 40 years we have proven to be a progressive and
diverse machining and fabrication facility.
Typical of the 1960’s this
business was started in my Dad’s garage. As it grew, two companies merged
in the Fort Worth, Texas area with over 100 total employees.
The present company name came
along in 1978. As technology advanced, numerical controlled machines were developed and
were commonly called NC Tape Machines. Having automatic screw machines in
production as well as NC Tape Machines we incorporated the name of “Tape”
for the NC machines and “Matics” for the automatic screw machines.
I believe being responsive
to our customer’s needs has been a large part of our success. Our company
motto “THE
OUTCOME OF TODAY WILL DETERMINE THE FUTURE OF TOMORROW” is key to long-term
success.
